In the mid 1990’s, JAVA JOE’S was and remains a popular coffee house near the Eastman Theatre in downtown Rochester. We became friends with the owner, Java Joe. He was having his own shareholder issues and recommended attorney David Stern. We left several messages for David, but he didn’t call right back. We though maybe David heard about our customer, investor and supplier problems and didn’t want to get involved.
